Naughty Santa Paddle

Hard to believe December is already here. This year sure has gone by fast, but we’re definitely looking forward to Christmas. We’ll be putting up the decorations and tree this weekend… so it is starting to look like Christmas.

With the holidays here we have fun and festive paddle to review. The Naughty Santa Paddle‘ comes to us from our good friend Crimson, who is re-launching her LM Paddles business after having taken a break of several years. She’s back in full force now though, and we think spankos are going to like what she has to offer. Crimson is a lifetime spanko, and she’s also a skilled craftsman who pours her time and energy into making paddles that meet her high standards.

The Naughty Santa Paddle is made of fine pine, with no flaws or knots. The handle is approximately 6″ long, with the oval spanking end measuring about 5½ by 5½ inches. The paddle is decorated on both sides with the word “Naughty!” on one side, and Santa Clause on the other. The letters and images are all burned directly into the wood, then oil painted… and then covered by several coats of lacquer giving it a completely smooth finish.

It’s a quality paddle that comes with a lifetime guarantee (against breakage from normal use). Perfect for the holidays… especially for those naughty girls that deserve something a wee-bit harsher than a lump of coal.

Now as always we did our review where Suzy gets a playful type spanking along with something a little more sensual… and then something more in line with a discipline spanking. Give the paddle a good test. This time around though Crimson was visiting us from Florida… so she got to test the paddle out too. First time in SIR history that the maker of the paddle gets to test it out with us. So a nice bonus!

Suzy, the spankee: Santa has never been so mean!! The Naughty Santa Paddle is for the naughty much more than the nice, so it’s good thing I’m so nice! That round faced Santa smacks a stingy ho-ho-howling spankee wickedly when done in quick repetition, which Todd did during our SIR. It was a “gift” that kept giving even after the spanking was over. Ouch!

Seriously though I really liked this paddle. I loved the well crafted design and looks of it. The Santa looks plenty naughty himself, and the word “naughty” on the other side is a cut touch. It’s makes for a very good fun paddle, though it does pack some sting even when used lightly.

For sensual play I think it works too. With a good warm up and a slower pace the sting builds nicely. The key is aftercare and the touching and rubbing that goes with it, and there it is way more about the spanker than the paddle.

For harder spankings or discipline I don’t think the looks of the paddle do it justice. Of course from my position I can’t see it, I can only feel it and I can tell you it works just fine. If you want to use your Naughty Santa Paddle for discipline you won’t find it lacking.

I like the paddle for the playful and fun spankings though. I think it would be great for all the spanking Santas out there.

Crimson, the spankee (and designer/maker of the Naughty Santa Paddle): I was trying to get on Santa’s “nice” list when I made this paddle but it seems to have backfire on me. I never thought Santa would make me paddle maker AND part of quality control! Apparently Todd has a direct line to Santa. Who knew?

I designed this paddle many years ago and it has always been a big hit (no pun intended) around the holidays. Each paddle is handcrafted one at a time and I really enjoy making them. Santa’s face clearly says that someone is definitely in need of a naughty spanking!

For fun/playful spankings, well, Santa adds a wee bit of sting to the play. Fortunately, I’m a spankee that likes a little ouch to my fun. The paddle is very smooth and feels nice and cool when rubbed over my bottom. For discipline, look out! Santa means business. It really packs a powerful sting which will have you earning a clean slate and back on the nice list in no time at all. Your bottom will be sore but hey, you’ll be on Santa’s good side!

Todd, the spanker: I enjoyed playing with the Naughty Santa Paddle. It’s got a fun design that works real nicely with the light hearted banter that comes with a playful spanking. Being a “naughty” girl and getting a spanking from Santa certainly fits with the Christmas holiday, at least for us spankos… and I’m certainly more than willing to play the spanking Santa Claus.

The business end of the paddle is on the larger side, which allows for it to be more playful than smaller wood paddles (which can pack a lot of sting into a small area). The size and sting of the wood doesn’t do much for sensual play. That’s usually a hard mountain for a wood paddle to climb (at least for Suzy – who likes leather more for that type of play). Definitely works nicely for playful spankings though.

The paddle also works great for harder spankings. Despite the cute design, Mr Santa there can pack a mean-mean spank if he wishes. The paddle swings extremely easily, with great balance and a comfortable grip.

I don’t know that I’d actually use it for discipline spankings, as the paddle doesn’t have a ‘serious’ look to it (obviously). But for those that like a little something harder with their playful spanking… that option is there. Plenty easy enough to tone it down if something more moderate is wanted though.

I really like the paddle and I’m happy to add it to our collection of Christmas decorations…
