Do most of your spankings occur in the bedroom? Where else in the house do you spank? Are they spur of the moment swats, or more formal spankings (bare bottom, implements, things like that)? Any places you’d like to try out?

Usually the spankings in this house happen in the bedroom, but a few days ago we got to enjoy some spanking fun in the bathroom… and it got us wondering where in the house other spankos spank. So, that was the topic of this week’s Roundtable. Really enjoyed reading what you all shared too. A big thank you!

There were actually a pretty sizeable number that spank outside of the bedroom. A little surprised by that, but pleasantly so. Mixing it up is a good thing.

Rheanna said: Well basically just getting into the scene and having very little privacy (living with my parents still) it is a big challenge to find the where,when and how. I have done the bathroom with the water running trick, but also my bedroom with music turned up works well also. hopefully my time in the folks house wont be for much longer and i can do what i want when i want.

~Turning up music or the TV can help a little. But it’s no doubt a challenge living at home with your parents. In our situation in Arizona, it was our house… so if someone heard, they really couldn’t complain too much.~

pixie said: I’d say that most of my spankings probably do occur in the bedroom mainly because that’s where our implements are stashed. But swats have also been given spur of the moment in the living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom (getting into, out of, or in the shower!), garage, stairs, basement/mancave … no place is safe. Haven’t tried the attic, but that’s fine with me. Way too much dust and no need to end a spanking with a sneezing fit.

~We keep our implements in the bedroom too, and that probably does have something to do with the number of spankings that occur there. Wish we had a basement… that seems like a great spot for a spanking.~

Only a few discipline spankings have occurred in the bedroom, as R likes to use a different room for those to separate the context (bedroom is usually where intimate moments take place and he doesn’t want psychological confusion, I guess, altho I damn well know the difference between erotic spanking and punishment!!) So most discipline occurs in the living room.

Scunge said: Right now Sir and I are living with my parents so privacy is a BIG issue. Even though my folks are older (Mom is 84, Dad is 89) and somewhat hard of hearing we are both shy about spanking here in the house. So we often wait until they are walking the dog or it is late and we KNOW they are asleep, still not too comfortable doing it here. Working on getting our own place SOON!

~Can understand the discomfort. We’ve spanked at the parents house a few times… but that was when we were SURE they weren’t home, and wouldn’t being showing up any time soon.~

When I first started getting spanked I was very cautious as to the rooms I would get spanked in because of the noise. Ten years later…I have been spanked on some level in every room in my apartment. Some are spur of the moment spankings with hand..or whatever is handy at the time. One of my favorite spankings was a very special birthday spanking that I received in my living room. I have also been spanked a couple of times in a hotel room. As to where I would like to be spanked…ANYWHERE!

munchkin said: For some reason we do most of our spanking in the living room. The sofa is just more comfortable for it I guess. Our bed is really high which works well for bending over it, so we do that for things like the cane or strap. But the sofa works best for over the lap. Unfortunately our front door is half glass and you can see right through it but honestly we rarely ever have someone come up to our front door and we put up a decorative folding panel in front of it to make it harder to see in. That bugs me even when there is no spanking going on lol. I think other than the living room and our bedroom, we’ve played a little in the spare bedroom.

Of course when I meet with friends, it is mostly in a hotel.

~A good couch does work well for OTK spankings… allows for the spanker to have their feet on the ground, which isn’t the case with a bed. And hey, the chance of getting spotted would be a bonus for some, lol.~

Spankedhortic said: I have never been spanked in the bedroom of my current house, in fact I have only been spanked in the living room of this house, with the stereo turned up very loud. This house is very bad for sound insulation and sound carries to the neighbours houses and onto the street very easily and so I have received very few spanking here. In playmates properties the bedroom is usually the last place that I will be spanked as I am not into sexually related spankings too much, it is mostly for fun. I have been spanked in a lot of kitchens though, it can take a bit of convincing to get me to do the washing up

~We do spankings in our bedroom that aren’t sexual… mainly because it’s a comfortable spot. But yea, like sarah pointed out… there can be a sexual overtone to that room.~

Emma said: I’d say our spankings are split pretty evenly between the bedroom and the living room. When we’re playing at my apartment I often worry about the noise level, but I take what precautions I can and then just try to forget about it and enjoy myself.

Suzy Says: Yes, most of our spankings do occur in the bedroom but when we do have privacy, we enjoy spankings on the couch in the livingroom or outdoors. We haven’t really spanked anywhere else other than when we were first moving in. As we were remodeling and decorating the home, we changed locations where we’d sleep based on what floors and walls were in process of being worked on, so when that was happening, we had some spanking fun in a couple of other rooms from time to time. We also have enjoyed spanking fun in our bathroom as either part of the full bubble bath, massage, erotic/bathtime play or as a spur of the moment after shower wet bottom spanking. We’ve tried out a few bathbrushes this way When we lived in Arizona and had a pool, we had a lot of spanking fun in the pool, which I would so love to do again.

I’m open for spanking anywhere as long as it’s not illegal and we don’t get caught.

Todd Says:  We do a good deal of spanking in hotel rooms on trips and at parties, but here at home… the majority of our spankings are in the bedroom. I prefer spanking on a bed, because that is the most comfortable position for me. With the hip issues I have, it helps to have my legs spread out. If we had a better couch though, I think that would work well enough too.

There are plenty of random swats in the house, but I don’t consider those “spankings.” As for places to try in the house… there isn’t one I’d like to try that I haven’t. Do enjoy outdoor spankings though, and would like more of those.
